Very professional company. Cooper is one of those contractors you can trust to get it done. If his sub contractors are behind or in need of help to finish he drops everything, puts on his tool belt and get his hands dirty. Plus, he is detail oriented and doesn’t stop until it’s right. Remodeling a 1960’s garage is not easy. Nothing is square but he always finds a way.

Cooper did an absolutely phenomenal job with a highly complex specialty construction project for me: converting a detached third car garage into a free-standing, self-contained broadcast quality professional recording studio.
I had spoken with a handful of contractors before discovering Superstition Homes LLC, all of whom quoted extravagant prices and almost none of whom were open to thoroughly researched recommendations regarding the process (and did not appear to be interested in doing much research themselves). Cooper went above and beyond, doing his own digging into the different procedures and materials of proper studio soundproofing, and was able to utilize both his and my notes during construction--the result was a spacious, comfortable, and dead-silent studio of outstanding quality that's earned praise from Disney / Marvel, Warner Bros., Ford, and a whole slew of other big names in the industry.
In a nutshell, Cooper and his team were not only incredibly professional, but also extremely knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and all around great people (Coop is our go to guy for everything we need done in the house). And to top it all of, his price was considerably better than any of the other quotes I got--but even if it wasn't, I'd say these guys are worth every penny and then some.
