Originally a detached garage, this structure was completely reimagined and converted into a 450-square-foot farmhouse-style accessory dwelling unit (ADU). The finished space includes a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, luxury vinyl plank flooring, custom cabinetry, and a high-efficiency mini-split HVAC system.

The project was designed to help the homeowner generate rental income while enhancing the overall value of the property. Through careful planning, permitting, and construction, Superstition Homes delivered a move-in-ready ADU that blends modern functionality with timeless farmhouse design.
