To help accommodate extended family, this project transformed an underutilized portion of the property into a fully functional two-bedroom, two-bathroom accessory dwelling unit (ADU) complete with a full kitchen and modern finishes.

The project required careful coordination of design, permitting, utility connections, and construction to create a space that felt like a natural extension of the existing home. The result was a comfortable, independent living area that provided the homeowner with additional flexibility, functionality, and long-term property value.
